SHIPPING
The products purchased on www.memphis-milano.com can be delivered from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) nationally (including San Marino and the Vatican City) by express courier, specialised transportation or by Memphis staff. Delivery will be made at the correct house and street indicated on the order form on condition that it is accessible to modes of transport and does not include the removal to the correct floor of the building, assembly or unpacking. The cost is automatically calculated on completion of the electronic order on the basis of weight, size and destination.
DELIVERY TIME
Products purchased on store.memphis-milano.com are usually delivered between 5 and 15 working days, calculated from the day after receipt of payment. For more information on delivery times, please refer to the “Product shipping and delivery procedures” section.
NOTICE
Before delivery, you will be contacted by phone or email by our staff who will confirm the day of delivery. It is therefore important that you include a correct contact number (preferably a mobile number) when you complete the electronic order.
PRODUCT COLLECTION
On receipt of goods, it is important to:
1. check that the number of delivered packages corresponds with the number reported on the ‘DDT’ (henceforth: “transport document”)
2. check the conditions of the packaging and of the products contained inside. If the the packaging is visibly damaged, before signing for the goods, you must cite “accepted with reservations – damaged packaging….” in the box provided. For further information, please refer to our “Display the shipping and delivery costs table” section.
3. In the case of standard delivery, for heavy and large products (for example sofas, beds, armchairs, cupboards), be with at least one other person.

DELIVERY RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement with Memphis, without any penalty and without having to provide reasons for it, within 10 working days from the date on which the product was received by the customer. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending by the deadline of 10 working days of a written notice to the registered office of Memphis, through registered letter with return receipt. The notice can also be sent, by the same deadline, via telegram, telex, e-mail and fax upon condition that it is confirmed through registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.
EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL
The customer is required to return the product within 10 working days from the date on which the product was received by the customer. To the purposes of the expiry of the deadline, the product is deemed to have been returned when it is handed in to the shipping company appointed by the customer at his/her own expense. We recommend the customer to contact Memphis Customer Service to agree the terms for the shipping of the products. The material integrity of the product to be returned is a precondition to exercise the right of withdrawal and the return of the product itself. The only fees owed by the customer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the costs of returning the product to the Memphis warehouse, in Pregnana Milanese (Milano), via Olivetti No. 9.
If the customer withdraws from the agreement in accordance with the provisions of the paragraph concerning the right of withdrawal of the Conditions of Sale, Memphis will issue a credit note and refund the customer the product price that the customer paid to Memphis to purchase the product ordered, after deducting the delivery costs. The refund will be processed promptly and in any case no later than 30 days from the day Memphis received from the customer the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal from the agreement. The amounts are deemed to be refunded within the deadlines when they are actually returned, sent or re-credited with a value date no later than the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used by the customer for the initial product purchase transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the costumer with Memphis. In any case, the customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. The refund of payments will be suspended until the product is received.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the products sold on store.memphis-milano.com because of their nature cannot be returned by post. The estimated costs of returning the product are equal to or higher than the costs incurred for the shipping and delivery of the product to the customer according to the type of standard delivery offered by Memphis. The customer is liable for the diminished value of the product as a result of the handling of same other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
